This company has made it clear that they have little to no concern for their paying customers. They make it impossible to find a phone number to contact someone for immediate assistance in the event of a significant issue.
When you finally get a phone number, their auto attendant runs you in circles so much that it basically times you out and hangs up on you. (Call the sales line, though, you get right on in, happy to take your money, not support you after purchase.) Basically, I lost money due to an issue in Intuit QuickBooks that required their assistance. I have already removed this junk system from my business and have told my friends in my local Chamber of Commerce to do the same. I am aware of 9 who have already done so, and hope many more do as well.
I'd seriously recommend weighing all other options before using any Intuit product.
They either need to remember that the customers pay the bills and need the ability to get help, or they need to go out of business for refusing to help their paying customers. (I also switched from TurboTax to another tax software, simply because it is an Intuit product.)

Verified ReviewerResolved: Product works but bills fraudulent charges sometimes
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They issued 3 fraudulent charges and for 3 weeks, did not admit to them.
Ultimately after many emails and complaints, they admitted they charged 3 charges fraudulently as a mistake. QBO will stonewall customers with chatbots for at least a week.
I recommend customers complain about such practices as fraud. That is the only way they start taking it seriously.
QBO runs fraudulent charges sometimes but gives me the run-around instead of solving the problem. They feign they don't understand my problem and keeps hoping they don't have to deal with their fraudulent charges. I admit their reps are Filipinos for whom English is not their first language but they refuse to switch me to a US team who would understand better the problem.

Verified ReviewerWasted 2 hrs on the phone and online to try and get my subscription refund. It finally got done when I went through pissed consumer.
Jacob was great but both of my request were denied the third time through pissed customer it was final approved and done. Quickbooks made it difficult to get a refund.
I think they wanted the customer to give up. I will never do business with them again.

SUCKS! CALLED 877683**** SPOKE TO ARTHUR WHO WAS iNCAPABLE OF TRANSFERRING CALL TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT AND iNCAPABLE OF ANSWERING A BASIC QUESTION
They have doubled subscription every year for the past 3 years
They have doubled subscriptions every year for the past 3 years, and the service has gotten worse. Software hasn't been upgraded; they just bend you over and charge you with *** customer service.
For all of you that are unhappy, I just spent a month trial with 'ZOHO.' Great program, amazing customer service, superior product.
I recommend it to everyone. Screw Intuit.

I was on phone support for 45 minutes with an agent trying to access merchant services function on our quickbooks. She finally told me she was going to escalate the the call to a specialist.
No one has called me back and its going on 1.5 hours. I need to run credit card payments and QB will not let me do it!
Why am I paying for something that is supposed to make running a small business easier??

To Whom It May Concern:
I have been using various forms of Quickbooks since the 2000s when it was only available in software disc format. In the past 5 years, QB has become increasingly less user-friendly, less customizable, less functional, and less useful.
Having just received an email about a new series of updates (AI) and a price increase, I will be taking my business elsewhere. You are clearly not utilizing customer feedback or meeting customer needs.
Your platform has gotten increasingly clutter, busy, and dysfunctional. I'm very upset and disappointed to see the software go downhill like this.

Intuit has done every thing imaginable to make it difficult to talk to someone. AFTER MANY SEARCHES FOR A PHONE NUMBER. I TALKED TO SOMEONE WHO HELD ME ON-LINE FOR OVER 30 MINUTES.
